Use this checklist to confirm that an HPF declaration is complete and matches the version received. It does not verify whether the information is accurate or the classification is correct.

A complete result means only that the applicable information is present. Do not infer, amend or approve the classification on behalf of the declaring party. Retain the signed declaration as the authoritative record.
